They don't look like real bricks. They look like someone painted the general shape of a brick onto a wall. There's something about them that reminds me of those stackable cardboard "bricks" that they would use for sets in children's shows several years ago.
But this might blow your mind guys: Shadows don't really show up on black! So, no, you can't tell that the grey parts have a shadow to make them stick out.
Plus it isn't supposed to look entirely like bricks anyway, it is supposed to be a "rendering".
