Really cool stuff! The male hair to the right is amazing.
ReplyDeletelol@ ripped off GOS hair!
ReplyDeleteI love, love, love it ALL!
ReplyDeleteI want all of it SOO much!!!
I love the new hippie flower child hair!
ReplyDeletewhat does GOS stand for?
ReplyDeleteGOS = Garden Of Shadows ;)
ReplyDeletethis is similar to so much of the cc already made. i don't need any of it
ReplyDeleteI won't leave one single cent in this Sims Store, i gonna pirate all this stuff.
ReplyDeleteI really want them all! I wish someone would put them in a package file and put a link here.
ReplyDeleteYou can find it at moreawesomethanyou.
ReplyDelete(in one package.)
ReplyDeleteWow what copycats! I only see a few things but I will check out maty before I invest anymore money into that store and have the possibility of NOT being able to dl it and NOT getting my money back. Ok...rant over. *heads over to maty* :-)
ReplyDeleteStore stuff I actually like for once. Doesn't happen often...

Me too! =D
lol, they totally ripped that male hair with the dreads from GOS. But GOS just happened to do it BETTER. XD Theirs actually looks like dreadlocks; EA's looks like a bunch of wispy rectangles.
ReplyDeletewhat's the use of a hula skirt if they cant hula?
ReplyDelete^ Had the same thought, they need to hula dance in this mofo game. :D
ReplyDeleteI really hate the way EA braids look too. Sigh.
^
ReplyDeleteB i'm going to test it out thru the ripped version before i wishlist any of this! lol
AAARGH!
I would arr it, but I don't like it well enough to have an interest.
ReplyDeleteI did notice in the swimsuit shots, that maybe the one with a wrap can be everyday. She is wearing shoes with it.
It would be cool if they coul swim in the sea. what's the point of having those big beaches if they can't get in the sea?
ReplyDelete^ When i saw this set, in particular the flippers... I thought maybe theyd give us sea swimming with Ambitions....
ReplyDeleteWishful thinking?
They ripped off GOS? You do know that those dreds actually come from Sims 2, right? So EA ripped themselves off :P
ReplyDeleteBtw, the hairs... Of the female hairs, only the braids look good in game. The other two are so badly textured, they look like plastic. They don't even match their own previous textures. They also sit really high on the head and are a bit poofy on the top, making the head look even taller. The one with the stupid braid over the forehead would be cute if it didn't have that stupid braid across the forehead >_<
So if they were lowered a bit down on the head and made a little longer, they'd look quite a bit better.
Of the male hairs, I hated how they looked on the EA models. But they look good in-game. Which surprised me. Usually their male hairs are terrible.
As a note about the female clothing that came in the beach set. All of it is for all clothing categories except for formal. So you can wear the same bathing suit for everyday, athletic, sleep and swim.
I know I'm going to laugh my ass off the first time a random npc shows up in town in a suit and flippers x)
And bah to getting a motorcycle and helmet that you can't actually use. Decorations? Lame!
Hey!!! I recognize that black swimsuit.

Ugh... Non customized sims have NO business showing skin... with their Play-Dough bodies.
Oh dear gawd, they did more braids, how insulting, thanks EA.

Ha ha you beat me to it, i was about to mention this. GOS did a CONVERSION of a TS2 hair for TS3. Not vice versa, you guys act as if the people at GOS created it. Dont get me wrong i like GOS but dont give them credit for something they didnt do.
I love all the sets this time, but they're still way overpriced.
ReplyDeleteNow that they've made this race car bedroom, I want the TS2 racing bedroom converted even more now. The TS2 version was similar in style, so it would blend well with this set, plus it had objects this one doesn't like a desk and a single bed. I hope someone can convert it.
Doesn't anyone else think that a teen with a racing car bed is way out there? Not that there's anything wrong with doing that. I just can't see it being used for more than one teen...
ReplyDeleteNothing in this set really excites me, sorry.
Anyone have pics of the "sim point" items? From what I understand buying X amount of simpoints nets you a special item. Are these available yet?

ReplyDeleteI am loving the speedo for males from the beach set...and the flippers! I didnt even notice the flippers oh god <3

The file name is:
amTopBeachLifePreserver.Sims3Pack

Speaking of the ducky preserver, Mortimer Goth just aged up from teen to adult in my game. And he got that silly duck for his everyday clothing x) It looks hilarious.
ReplyDeleteYep gonna arr this, the world has enough dumb consumers who are wasting their money at the Sims 3 Store, i want to create a little balance here :)

ReplyDeleteHere's the duck preserver thingy.
Oh, it's a Sims3pack, I dunno how to make them into packages, sorry.
ReplyDeleteThanks Claeric.
ReplyDeleteTo convert package to Sims3Pack you just need to install Delphy's Multti Extracter, it's available at MTS.
Thanks Claeric.

Damn.. blogspot is acting very weird, I thought the last commend was not sent properly. Sorry for the flood.
ReplyDeleteThanks Claeric!
ReplyDeleteUm yeah, but wasn't he banned from mts? he cannot get it if he hasnt already, lol!
ReplyDeleteum thanks a lot. i dont like going to cluttered sites. if its at maty, can you post a link here? i think my post said post a link here, not tell me to go looking through a pile of dump.
I'm thinking there's a team of EA junior execs that comb through the CC sites daily and list all the popular downloads so they can rip em off for the store crap sales. Thinly disguised some of these, I tell ya...
