I don't think it really looks like him. The nose is a bit off, it needs to curve down a bit/have a bump in the middle. I'm not sure what about the eyes seems off to me, but they're not that off. The mouth should be a bit thinner, wider, and pooched out a bit. That's a great hair to use though, in the absence of Spock hair.
Her Romulan commander's off by quite a bit, but her is much prettier than the original.
