I know about the energy rating, Mango tends to make them low also. I am downloading cause I love the bed and want to set it up, but also want to check out the stats on the bed too.
I do really wish people would stop cloning the cheap beds.
Especially now with the EA bug from the latest patch, it's become a bigger pain than it was. Lots of people have reported that cheaper beds cause their Sims' motives to continually be in the red and it's impossible for their Sims to work, clean up, or do other things because they are perpetually in a bad mood.
Haven't checked yet, but wanted to answer Katsu, cheats don't help for that bug. I haven't experienced the bug, don't know if it's attached to EA's story progression cause I use Twallan's SP.
My new sim family I am playing have the cheap bed (only for testing) but their motives are okay. Except for the bad sleep night moodlet. ;)
"Yep, the energy level is 6, stress relief 3, environment 2."
Thanks a lot, B! 6 and up are good for me, although I prefer 8 and up. Anyway, it's MUCH better than some beds I've downloaded that have 5 and below. I've even seen CANOPY beds (that you think would definitely be cloned from the base game canopy with Level 10 energy) with low energy because the creator cloned from a cheap bed. For instance, Shino & KCR's Clive bedroom bed is canopy with very low energy.
BTW, the only Shino & KCR stuff I trust in my game are maybe seating and their kitchens. All their beds I've downloaded give bad moodlets (which is crap since they are PAY items) and on top of that, their free-standing shower gives Sims a bad moodlet, too. Just a heads-up.
I know, right? That shows they don't play the game, otherwise if they did play then they would know the importance of objects and moodlets.
EA is bad about that, even that shower that came from that modern kitchen and bath set, it have a high rating and the price is high, but it gives bad shower moodlets. They will not fix it, so that is a bad purchase.
I really like that blanket and the bed too.
ReplyDeleteLovely set.
ReplyDeleteVery well done!! Better than EA.
ReplyDeleteThe floor cushion actually works as a chair.
ReplyDeleteThe mirror is beautiful! Does anyone know the energy rating of the bed?

ReplyDeleteGosh I do love this one.
Thanks, B.

^ That's when cheats come in.

It has a MATY rating of '24' and is labled as 'kewain based'.
ReplyDeleteYep, the energy level is 6, stress relief 3, environment 2.
ReplyDeleteI don't follow the 'kewain base' theory, but it's not a bad bed. Something my sims can level up to. :)
This is really pretty! Wonderful! ♥
