Just wanted to let everyone know that there are two versions: unfurnished & furnished. The furnished version includes all you see in the pics, the unfurnished version is only the exterior (landscaping, windows, fencing, etc) & the house itself (NO furniture). There seems to be some confusion about this, so I'm just trying to make it clear.
