  1. Hahahaha! An expansion pack for an expansion pack. EA's greed knows no bounds. They won't be plundering my pockets for gold!

  2. Barnacle Bay was/is the most retarded world EA has made. I hated it the first go round, and hate it now!

  3. ^Not an EP.

Also, the only 'new' items are two staircases, unless they edited the world itself (which I seriously doubt).

  4. Well, if anybody does download the new Barnacle Bay - let me know if they changed the world. I might be interested in buying it.

  5. I'm confused, what changed?

  8. the stairs don't interest me, but I will admit that the rope railing does. It'd be a welcome addition to the existing fence.

But since there are only eighteen items in that picture, how can people be so quick to say what's new and what isn't? Granted, I don't remember how many were in the first version, so that's probably the most obvious indicator.

  12. @Ayaa, I KNOW because I ran the simspack through S3RC, converted the whole lot to package files, and then looked through each one to see if anything was new. The result was, two stairs. 1 staircase comes with a railing, the other uses a basegame railing that doesn't suit it. That is IT. Everything else is OLD.

    Happy now?

  20. Re-releasing the exact same shit (save for ONE tiny part) and slapping a 20 dollar price tag on it. They obviously are trying to get people to buy the same set twice.

How has nobody pressed charges on EA yet for this shit?

  21. EA doesn't like "pirates". Yet EA has been robbing stupid people with these outrageously expensive, low quality store items for years. EA is the biggest pirate of them all. And to sweeten the story, their most recent scam is a PIRATE-THEMED bundle.

    The irony here... GOLD.

  22. ^ ROFL. Soooooooooo true. You truly nailed it.

  23. ^^lol yep.

Seriously, this is low; even for EA. I've actually purchased store items from them in the past, but JUST for this, I'm YARRR'ing ALL their booty from now on. Hopefully most intelligent still-fans of their products do the same.

  24. ^^^What they said. EA is a joke!

  25. Funny thing is, I would have expected a fix with the release of this world. Same busted lots, same busted celebrities, etc.

EA you fail, luckily it didn't cost me anything.

  26. Forget the damn Pirates! That's so ten years ago. Where are the Pets?

  27. ^Forget Pets and Pirates, where are the ninjas?

So true!!!!! What the hell, man!?!?!? I honestly think we should revolt, tar and feather the lot of them. This is ridiculous!

  30. Don't like the pirate stuff, pass.

  31. I always thought a pirate set was sort of lame anyway without the Sims being able to swim or sail in boats. If they added swimming and boating to The Sims 3, it would be awesome.
