How do I download these it's not in English?

You don't have to be rude I just asked a simple question I don't know the foreign language.
^again, are you blind? Look at the two pictures at the begining of this post.
The link brings me to the blog, but a pop-up messages says in Korean that it's a private post. I did find them (as well as others) on this page here: http://www.thaithesims3.com/topic.php?topic=39055&page=45However, I can't download it since I get a note saying I don't have permission to access the file on this server.
