Okay, does anyone know where this hair is from? I saw it in Subaxi's pictures as well, and it's very nice. I'm guessing it's probably by an Asian creator?

Displeasing, eh? Isn't Asian is the best custom content creator since TS2 till now? They made great, unique, more various hairstyle that everybody all around the world (including YOU) have at least 10-20 hairstyles of their, let's see Newsea? Peggy? Rose? You have them all right? (I know you hate them because paysites, but you love them when you can get them @ the booty, right?;) ). And for the other, (e.g. clothing)tinkerbell style? bobosims? lemon leaf? and many others. For the make up, Ren? Channy&Vivin? So let's face it, it's not a displeasure, I know you love their stuff, even you say you don't here. I doubt it.
