I would love to have that sink, loved it in Sims 2, but I had blue lots from Lit's conversion of the SIP bedroom plants and I fear trying this. Sad cause the objects were Sims3Packs and I had no way to check them before using.
Convert the pack files to packages to check them. I don't install anything without checking it first.
You can use the Dashboard to fix stuff like that, B.
