Flat? Over 18000 polys is flat to you? XD Retexturing now, I hope this works because I've never retextured anything before (I've redone textures, but haven't done a retexture, do you know what I mean? XD)
In terms of the game, "flat" generally means having a flat mesh (as in Sakaki's definition) and attempting to give it dimension with the textures, which sometimes works and sometimes doesn't.
Here, anon is using "flat" to describe a very un-flat mesh that has drab textures. Kinda the opposite of what it usually means.
I'm more curious as to how they shaped the nose of that model so perfectly...Is that a skin mod? That ball on the nose is something I've been trying to achieve!
Needs retexture.

Yeah...I'm not sure some people know what "flat" actually means.
ReplyDeleteThe mesh looks great, but I'll definitely wait to download until it gets a retexture.

The definition of flat:
ReplyDeletehaving a surface without slope, tilt in which no part is higher or lower than another; "a flat desk"; "acres of level farmland"...
