It's a residential lot. No it's not furnished on the inside, but the outside is worth the download. And it comes with a bunch of tsr grunge sets by cyclonesue. (And it works fine, even without WA)
Love the junky loft. I only hope that it's decorated on the inside, and everything downloads with it.

It is fabulous but I thought I recognised it, Cyclonesue made this - it's featured in her WA Stained Brick Wallpapers.
