Someone told me before on this forum, it had to do with some type of coding (maybe wrong technical term) that EA use for bookcases, has to be figured out. I wish I could remember the exact wording, but since I don't know code, I just shrug my shoulders.
Aikea was able to make a 'functional' bookcase... but.. it looked really messed up, which is why she released the decorative one instead. My guess is that the difficulty lays in how bookcases add and removed books visually when you add and remove them in the game. You'd have to have at least 4? different meshes for each state and link them together.
I really like those rugs and that globe!
ReplyDeleteI wish there were an ability to have a real, functional, new bookcase in the game. The set is very nice, though.
ReplyDeleteB, do you know why people can't make functional bookcases? I'd like this, too.
