It could have been done so much nicer. The detail on the texture is very low, and no one who is cold would have ribbon lacing on the back of an open coat. Plus, asymmetrical buttons are a big no no.
Although I like the idea of an accessory coat, the end result of this attempt is just...not right. The textures are practically nonexistent, the mesh is poorly chosen for the purpose, the shine is unsuitable for anything other than a raincoat, the buttons are very stretched and lopsided, and the lacing MAKES. NO. SENSE.
The buttons look very strange. Instead of this being a coat, how about making it a solid sweater and switching the laced back to the front? Nice try on the uniqueness, but I don't think I like this style.
I like the idea. But I am not a fan of the execution.
ReplyDeleteI'd like an open sweater a bit more personally.
Coat with lace on the back? At least there should be another layer of fabric there or something. It looks very silly. And the quality is low anyway.
ReplyDeletewhy make it a coat then?
ReplyDeletethe lace on the back is very useless
The lace is ridiculous and it doesn't look like a coat at all. They should have used a different mesh. And lmao@ those buttons.

ReplyDelete...Why is there a chunk missing out of the back?
I get that funky chunk missing out of the back on all my EA short skirts, IDK what's up with it. :(
ReplyDeleteThis is silly looking, not a coat at all & the buttons look weird, not even going to comment on the lace up in the back
ReplyDeleteI expect more from someone who is a pay creator at TSR.
ReplyDeleteI imagine that gal is very uncomfortable in that plastic suit.
ReplyDeleteIt's a coat texture painted onto the EA tunic mesh. The buttons look terrible and uneven, and the back just looks random.
ReplyDeleteThe idea of an accessory coat is nice, but the execution is absolutely terrible. I'm glad she didn't upload this to Liana's site!
the buttons arent even the same size, lol
ReplyDeleteI'm so glad my real winter coat isn't made of rubber with an open back tied with a shoelace.
ReplyDeleteerhm..
ReplyDeleteO-O this is just... extraordinary in the worst way possible. Since it's cold in the winter, wouldn't a person want to *cover* up instead? lol

ReplyDeleteI LOL'ed so hard :D You hit the nail on the head
"the shine is unsuitable for anything other than a raincoat, the buttons are very stretched and lopsided, and the lacing MAKES. NO. SENSE."
ReplyDeletebahahaha i love you
WHY??
ReplyDeleteBecause the creator is a FA AT TSR?
ReplyDeleteThe buttons look weird, like inky blobs.

ReplyDeleteIt looks like it's made of rubber. :/
