erm...I'd comment on the content, but I have absolutely no clue what it means. I suppose it's just some random text with no real purpose, like most of those moronic shirts with text/pictures on them.
But, as it is, being in English is a negative. I'd love it if more creators would take AroundThesims3's path and make stuff in Simlish as well, since there are a few sims about town I could see wearing something like this, like the town bully.
I won't be downloading, however, I will point out that the text is very clear and unpixelated, so the creator has down a good job at whatever it is they were attempting.
