Anubis will replace newsea original as he uses AWT override method to replace hair texture. You need it to work on the game.

  9. Anubis's retextures aren't showing in my game, just Newsea's textures. It's like this for all the ones that require Newsea's hair to be downloaded separately. The other retextures work fine. Is this because I convert all of Newsea's hairs to .package format? My Launcher only works half of the time, so I usually end up converting everything I can to .package format.

  10. ^ are you putting Nubie's retexture in the "Override" folder?
Visit aWT's blog for instructions if you need them. :)

  12. I anubis hairs, but I really don't see the sense any him doing newsea's hairs, even though he does a beautiful job, I just don't want to download the same hair twice!!!

  14. No, I hadn't been putting Anubis' hair retextures in the override folder since I didn't see anything on her blog that said it was required. I just always thought it was because I was converting the files to .packages.

That's your problem then. Anubis uses aWT's override system for Newsea retextures. :)

  16. ^^Anubis is male, btw.

Nice retexture and one that doesn't look dry and lifeless. Love the adjust-shine version.

Anubis doesn't say it is required, but it IS.

  20. Actually Nubie's blog does address the override problem. At the bottom of each post that requires Newsea's mesh, after the pictures and before the download link, it says how to install it and gives the link to the override instructions.
