  2. BEAUTIFULLLLLL Ariz, Thank you! :)

  3. Much better than your usual sims. She's intriguing to look at.

  4. She's gorgeous, but I bet those strong features would unfortunately create some odd looking kids. I hate the way features are passed down!

  5. I'd like her, if not for the SERIOUS man-jaw. I'm all for sims looking 'unique' if it's well-done and fairly realistic, but this is a bit much even by exaggerated comicbook standards.

I mean, you could make an efficient trash compactor with that jawline.

  6. She is beautiful!! Good job.

  7. ^Some women do in fact have jawlines that strong and stronger, so it is in fact realistic.

I'd rather see a strong, realistic jawline than features which are out of proportion for human faces.

  8. "I mean, you could make an efficient trash compactor with that jawline."

^ ROFL. Yeah... definitely a nasty case of man-jaw going on. Such a strong, harshly sharp jaw sticks out even further when you see it right next to such an incredibly softened nose. It's an odd mix of facial features.

But at least it would be easy to fix.

  9. I LOVE that jaw! Don't change it. Most women don't have that thin narrow jaw like people love to make in the Sims. As for the nose, geesh...you guys watch too many starlets on TV. Noses come in all shapes and add interest to faces. I get tired of sims whose noses look like they have been to the plastic surgeon multiple times.

I love your sims so keep on making them!

  10. I LOVE her jaw, tbh. It isn't 'manly' at all. There are many women who have jawlines like this and there is nothing wrong with that. :)

And I really didn't have a problem with the person's older sims, but the recent sims are an improvement.

  11. Ah Thanks Everyone! <3
At first I did try to give her a softer jawline, but I didn't like the result. So I made use of this one, and I gave her a pointy chin to boot! :D
I'm very happy with how she turned out and I'm glad you like her too!

  12. "I'm very happy with how she turned out and I'm glad you like her too!"

If you're happy with how she turned out, then that's really all that matters. You can't please everyone, so focus on pleasing yourself.

You're a free creator. You share out of the goodness of your heart; you don't have to share anything you make. If you start creating Sims to please the masses instead of yourself, then you'll lose your spark as a creator and your enjoyment for creating and it will be more of a hindrance than a help.

  14. Those lips and eyes...they give me chills. The good kind!

  15. She looks great! I love the face that her chin isnt perfectly feminine. Just change her eye color and she can be Morgan Webb <3

  16. I love the chin, the mouth shape, how the mouth sits, the over-all face shape is beautiful.

Thank you, she will eventually be added to my hood.

  17. I want that shirt! anyone know where I can get it??

  18. ^Yes, go to Ariz's site and read the damn credits.

  19. I'm starting to think that all the people saying her jaw looks manly has never actually seen a man O_o

  20. "Maybe its just my computer but it looks like she has a 5 o'clock shadow."
^ I see it too.I think its the lighting or make-up. now that u point it out I can't unsee it @.@

This sim is best sims yet. the only thing i would say is just round out the jaw using the jaw shape slider a tiny bit to get rid of the "jagedyness", it looks unnatural. but that is an easy fix:)

  21. @ Anon 2:53 I disagree: if your not looking to improve or get feedback gtfo. if you haven't noticed. this WHOLE entire blog offers free stuff, what makes him so special? good artists take constructive criticism and grow from it. your encouraging him to be completely ignorant. i think its sad because he's never really know his full potential with that attitude.

Actually, that wasn't the point of my post at all. You are clearly misinterpreting my post and twisting words to fit your own agenda.

I said that as a free creator, Ariz shares stuff out of goodness from the heart. I also said that if he starts creating Sims to please the masses and he doesn't like them, then it's only a hindrance.

I never said that there shouldn't be constructive criticism. But there is a difference between constructive criticism to help a creator improve and whining because you don't like a creator's style of Sims. If that's the way Ariz likes to make his Sims and it's the look HE desires them to look, then who are you to try to get him to change? This isn't like a creator making poorly photoskinned clothing or making borked or poorly textured objects or making hairs with all sorts of transparency issues, texture, and animation problems. His Sims are TOTALLY about preference and your opinion shouldn't matter as much as you think it should.

Free creators are repeatedly attacked on this blog because of their style choice and it has NOTHING to do with constructive criticism a lot of the time. People need to start showing a little more respect and refrain from trying to make a creator conform to make Sims that THEY want to see. So no, I'm not encouraging him to be ignorant; I'm encouraging him to keep making Sims in the style he wants because if he conforms to what others want and becomes unhappy with what he makes, then it serves no purpose for him.

Capiche? Or would you still like to argue for no reason?

Not to mention that it's so easy to go in CAS and change things you don't like about a Sim's features.

It's not so easy for everyone to modify or fix perceived problems about objects, hairs, clothing, etc. and thus, constructive criticism is more warranted in those instances. If this were a celebrity Sim or a Sim modeled after an exact real person, then it would be wise to give Ariz instructions on how to get a better likeness to the person. But as far as I know, this Sim doesn't fit that category and is merely a result of Ariz's own imagination and taste.

    WARNING: my post is TLR

I do understand he has a style. Everyone does.

But are you saying sims cannot have building flaw? Are you suggesting that ONLY Sim makers who create sims based on celebrities can get constructive feedback?(<- well if that’s what your saying , then there no argument, is just your belief. Beliefs and arguments are not the same thing, and thus cannot be argued. Philospohy being my major, I can explain the logic concept further if you want :))

For example noticed weird jagged of the jaw. That’s a technical error that could have easily softened as someone else pointed out.

And what point can custom sims have errors? ppl with cleff pallets and broken noses fix fractures in rl without it being cosmetic.

So if I uploaded a sim putting all the cas sliders to the limit and came out with something look a hot mess. its fine because its creative? Ok, then would you dl it and appreciate "my style"?

I don't see the problem with saying “all your sims eyes and noses are ridiculously close together” so brings attention to the creator if he never saw it. It’s better than saying I don't like the jaw bluntly or even this sim is ugly. This doesn't help b/c it does tell how the creation can improve, its just an opinion

Not everything is that subjective. Also beauty is not as subjective as people think there is actually a whole field of science to it. Of which I can also discuss in more detail if you like.

Yes socially it can be subjective, but to a certain point the subjectivity ends and becomes objective. If someone one lost their nose in a freak accident. would you be sexually attracted to them? are they physically beautiful? NO. WHY?B/c they have literally have no nose, they look unhuman. they were attacked by a panda(don't laugh. panda are actually very violent ,don't let their cute looks deceive) and it ripped their nose right off. and all that is left is exposed tissue and two nose holes. get my point?
And their are times when ariz makes sims in inhuman ranges.

there has to be some objectivity in the world, not everything has to be taken with a PC attitude. because that in itself is not logical.

However, I never inquired about the sim appearance or style because that it not the issue.

This exactly why sim creating gets no respect for the hard work they do. You have ppl claiming anyone can do it or fix it by themselves. What make you so sure everyone has that ability? b/c the tools come with the game? you can be crappy sim maker or fixer.

MY POINT: I NEVER TOLD HIM TO CHANGE HIS STYLE.I JUST SAID BE OPEN TO SUGGESTIONS

BTW not everything is fallacious JUST because I don't regurgitate everything you said exactly in an argument.

*sigh of relief* Wow that was essay*

  31. ^calm down, it's just the sims, not exactly worth all this drama.

... Um ok. I'll be on the look out for vicious nose-eating pandas.

Love the sim, and I see nothing wrong with the jaw. Very realistic.
