Just delete the files you need to install with the launcher and put the other files in your packages folder. Both Simpack and package files are included Mango-Sims downloads. You only have to install one or the other.
Yes, I'm having the same problem as RJ, and I've tried both installing with the .sims3pack files and by only putting the .package files in my /Packages. Unfortunately neither works :/
This has never happened with any of my custom content, and I have quite a lot already. I'm on the latest patch 1.4.
Mango stuff doesn't download for me.
