I don't watch my Sims all that closely when they sleep, if at all. The pillows look nice when the Sims aren't using the bed, and if you need pics of the bed in use or something you can always remove them temporarily.

Finally we have nice bed pillows for the sims!! Now why didn't creators think of this for the sims 2 :)
