"You could always arr it. Charging for Sims content is silly even now that it's NOT illegal."
Doubly so since EA was kind enough to mention that filesharing of TS3 paysite custom content is A-OK in their EULA. :)
I'd keep an eye on Sims Cave or the booty. Sims Cave is more likely to get it up quickly; however, you need to register to have access to the sharing forum.
This set has great bones. In TS2, I got a lot of use out of that paper towel holder on the wall. Not so much the appliances though. Great to see this set on the other side.
I tossed this one around most of the day because I couldn't decide whether or not I wanted it. I went on site and saw that it looked pretty nice and it mentions having the stove and oven included. I will try it in game tomorrow and hopefully I will remember to come back and update to let you know if it functions. It looks really nice on their site~!!! :-)
It's a shame that the animations don't match up to this set: Sims still try for the oven under the stove top piece and if that is obscured by the stove-top kettle, they go to one of the wall ovens where they pull open an invisible oven door. This set does look great in-game and is nicely CAStable. It's easily the best of the kitchen sets around so far imho :)
It looks pretty nice. :)
ReplyDeleteLook amazing!
ReplyDeleteBut at least they included all the stuff that goes in a kitchen this time, unlike the Tokyo Bathroom fiasco.
ReplyDelete^Actually, I downlded it from simscave. It did have a toilet, they just didn't show it in the pics.
ReplyDeleteOnly a couple of things I want in this set, and to me they're all kinda meh.
Shame it's donation! I'm feeling poor. :(
ReplyDeleteMy favorite sims2 kitchen, I'm sure it will be my fave sims3 kitchen too.

ReplyDeleteFinally a proper modern kitchen!
ReplyDeleteoooh i like it!
ReplyDeletei wonder if the ovens in the wall are just decorative...
or are they microwaves? I'm not sure.

As for the set, I think it's gorgeous. One of the best kitchens I've seen.
What exactly are those brown things supposed to be?
ReplyDelete"What exactly are those brown things supposed to be?"
ReplyDeleteGod damn it, all that talk about bathrooms and toilets just makes my mind making a certain connection.
It's good to see another kitchen set but a shame on two counts to see that it's a [bland] modern kitchen and a pay kitchen.
ReplyDeleteDid Stylist Sims ever fix their game-breaking-blue-lot-causing plants?! I see plants here...DNW! Lovely kitchen, though.
ReplyDeleteI think it is a mound of potatoes. Anyone else have a clue?
ReplyDelete^They look like rolls to me.
ReplyDeleteAs for the bad plants, I don't know if they fixed them or not, but you can fix them yourself using Delphy's Blue Lot Object Fixer. :)
