The slider is cool. I agree that they are waaaaaay too bright, but hey, I'm sure some people like that. I'd also prefer a more subtle version and it looks like the creator commented back that he might make something like that, which would be nice.
As a side note, those are some hideously ugly sims. XD
As I commented at MTS, I usually prefer more muted, subtle colors, but it's nice to have an entire rainbow all in one slider.
