Now that Shivar mentioned the translation, I actually can see some similarities between Simlish and English.
Sims 1, 2, and 3 each use a differen style of simlish. Sims 3 simlish is easiest to read. Sims 2 was just random symbols applies to the alphabet.Though now that I look closer, it might say "Sim City".
I think it does say "Sim City", if you look at the middle letter in Sim and City it's the same one. Now I want to learn Simlish!
