    Some of these "neon'd" versions I like. They can look quite nice if you keep all the colors close to the same. This however, is no bueno.

    I love the neon'd hair like it is shown & don't get them to use close to the same color. If you don't like it don't use it. I don't understand why you say it is no good simply because you don't like the multiple colored streaks, what is the purpose? Say it is no good if there are screw ups with how it is made, say it you believe it is ugly, but please don't claim it is no good because the taste is not your own.
