I actually live right by the Rosenbaum house, so I was sooooo happy to see this creation!!
I'm really impressed by the exterior in terms of design. However, as far as aesthetics go, it's not very accurate. The Rosenbaum house has kind of like a red brick thing going on on the outside. The whole theme of it is darker and more subdued. And there's a lot of beautiful, luscious foliage around it! (The neighborhood it's in is the most picturesque neighborhood in town. Some of the houses look like fairytale cottages and it's renown for its gorgeous flora.)
Still, though, the creator has done a good job in capturing the design elements and overall "shape" of the house. It's the details that I would like to see more accurate (though people who download could take it upon themselves to trick it out authentically if they wanted to.)

I live close to it too, and this house doesn't really look like the real one.
