LMFAO That's brilliant. I didn't believe it at first so I tried in game and the item has the name "Sexy Mirror" like the first comment on Mod the Sims says. The description also says suggests purchasing it if you want to see your sim enjoy touching herself.
As for what actually happens- the sim does a couple of stretching poses once. They automatically change in and out of their athletic gear for it. Nothing sexual at all, other than the name and description.
This file has been updated and is now a rug instead of a mirror... also there's more animations to it as well... hopefully the updated version will be put up on here later today :)

I think someone discovered Yoga already in the Base Game's files and turned it into one of those "Lost and Found" things on MTS.

I bet that the creator originally made it for SexySims or something, but forgot to change the naming strings when he made the Yoga version. XD
