    Didn't TS1 have a style similar to this in the base game?

    It did and that's what is written under that bedroom "If you find these beds familiar, it's because they are strongly inspired by two beds from Sims 1"

    Anybody know what energy rating they have in-game? I like the energy to be 10 or 12.

    I believe the rating was 6 for the double bed. Forgot to check on the single.
    They look very nice in game.
