These have been updated again, so check back at Garden Of Shadows. New ones are for both genders and all ages. If you downloaded the originals here, the new ones will replace the old. File names in red below are the original file names. Download them separately or in one file.

Nice! Cool to see these available for more ages and for females as well. I haven't had a chance to use the cornrows outside of CAS (they look good in there, though), but the dreads are one of my favourite custom styles so far.
ReplyDeleteI am having a problem uploading a sim I made that uses the dreads with handband to The Exchange on the sims web site. Anyone else having any trouble?

ReplyDeleteGen-So-Ron updated their Avartitia hair. From what I see in game, it takes care of some transparency issues, and the texture's a lot smoother and nice-looking.

The only little glitch I get is that the icon for the adult has the floating hair, even though it looks fine in CAS and in game.
And the dreads look good (and not green) in my game, too.

ReplyDeleteSERVER CRASH IS A LIE. THEY TRY TO LOOK INTO A NEW SERVER IN PAPUA-NEW GUINEA AND ACT NOTHING HAPPENED. BUT MY SOURCES TELL EA STEPPED ON THEIR TOES AND WHATEVER THEY DO, THEY WILL BE CLOSED.

ReplyDeletethe ponytail dread style doesn't look good in game on toddlers. it gets all warped and has huge bald gaps. the headband style is missing a main file or something b/c it causes the whole head to function as a headband-instead of hair and headband. you're stuck coloring it one solid color until they include the missing file. i downloaded this style twice and got the same results
