  1. Lovely, Savio!

Thanks so much! I'm so glad to see more "ethnic" hairs converted. I really, really appreciate it because I know not all Nouk's hairs convert to Sims 3 well.

  2. I like dreads, I just wish someone would make them with a more realistic girth. I've never met anyone with dreads this thick.

  3. Rastafarians wear their dreads this thick. Would like to see smaller ones too though. Love the texture on these.

  4. T-that's not how dreads work.

^^^ Why can't someone make dreads that look like that?

  7. Thanks again Savio! Keep them coming please. :) And there are people who wear dreads thick like this. I have a friend who is West Indian and he wears his dreads thick like this.
It's the style you choose, just like regular braids or even plaits. :)

  8. Not a huge fan of this particular dread mesh, but it's a nice conversion nonetheless and I'll still be using it in my game. Thanks again, Savio.

What makes this mesh look weird to me is that it seems like one curtain of really long, thick dreads at the hairline and nothing else. It would look more natural if a) lengths were a bit staggered at the back (essentially showing layers of hair), and b) all the hair didn't go back so dramatically (particularly at the sides right above the ear) since it sort of defies gravity.

Compulsive D's had some nice dreads for TS2, though I'm not sure how well they'd translate to TS3.

  9. I don't mind thick dreads, but I wish it was a different style. I wasn't a fan of this mesh in Sims 2. Reminds me to much of Predator.

  10. Thick dreads are prevalent in the Caribbean, we call them bongo locks. That being said, these are too perfectly uniform and only thin, neat locks would look like this.

They actually look more like flat twists as I've never seen individual locks lay flat like that.

  11. Oh I love them on that male sim! They look great. I don't care if they don't look realistic, if I wanted to see something realistic I'd go outside and stare at real people with real dreads.

  12. I love these! Thank you very much Savio. Nouk's mesh may not look realistic, but they read really well in game. You did a great job converting these <3.

  13. Ugh, that is WAY too macho for me. I'd really like it better if you curled them at the ends, added some flowers and maybe a pair of wings? I mean, that's what I WOULD DO, so it's obviously the RIGHT thing to do. And if you don't, you're dumb, okay?

But can you do it? Because I.... I actually don't know how...

  14. longest. turds. ever.

  15. The dreads do look like head turds, or when you put play-doh inside those little balls with holes in them and they squeeze out like spaghetti.

But, of course, I can't do stuff like this, so I'm in no place to talk negative about this hair.
