Can't you just use the unlockoutfits cheat?
^if you use the unlock outfits thing, is the shirt and pants together? cause this is the shirt by itself. so just curious
^^ Unlockoutfits gives you the top as a separate also, but it is nice to have it without the hassle of scrolling through all of the unlocked tops :-)
