It's easiest to place them, go into live mode, and then go back to buy mode to move them around, so that you can see the water splashes to know whether or not they are high enough. The splashes won't appear if they are underwater.

ReplyDeleteI doubt they'll be very useful for pools, the spray wouldn't reach the water if you put them on a terrain tile in a pool.
