It's actually a decently sized apartment. It's just the layout is horrendous. I've never seen any apartment that basically opens into a hallway with doors to the respective rooms.
I'll probably download this and gut the apartment completely. Really, all it needs is a little tweaking, and it could be liveable.
I love the floor by the elevator, and the entrance is really nice. *applause*
