It reminds me of Tattouage (or however it's spelled). So I do like it . It's nice for a really urban city area, perhaps for a sim that misses the rural life. or maybe a sim who lives in a basement house could have these.
Nah it's good for those who build sets and have to have a window but don't like landscaping/ have no room to landscape.
