Er, not quite. Though Joe is awesome for featuring TSR free content, sets like this one are the exception to the rule. The majority of free stuff on TSR is very low quality.
In that same vein, the majority of PAY stuff on TSR is also very low quality. There are actually only a few pay artists there who make quality content, for instance, Angela, Cyclonesue, etc.
In TSR, the best things are free... ^^

For a bookshelf, it has more clutter than space for books. Glad to see this kind of thing though so will download and check this one out.
